Dr. Krishna Patel

Dr. Krishna was born and raised in New Jersey. She currently resides in Philadelphia, PA with her husband. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine and completed her residency in advanced education in pediatric dentistry at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. She is an active diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is dedicated to providing optimal oral healthcare to children of all ages and backgrounds.
Dr. Krishna holds a steadfast commitment to continuing education in the field of pediatric dentistry and stays up to date on the latest advancements and technologies in this field. She performs a wide range of pediatric dentistry services including preventative and diagnostic care, restorative treatments, interceptive orthodontics, and oral surgery. Dr. Krishna and her team of dedicated professionals are passionate about improving the oral health and well-being of pediatric and special needs patients while also fostering a positive and safe environment for children.
Dr. Krishna is so excited to meet our patients and their families and she is looking forward to being involved with this wonderful community. In her free time, Dr. Krishna loves traveling the world with her husband and experiencing different cultures as well as new cuisines. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Some of her favorite activities include watching movies, reading, and doing yoga!
Dr. Mariam Azim
(Associate, Pediatric Dentist)

Dr. Mariam Azim obtained her Bachelors in Neuroscience at Temple University and her Doctor of Dental Medicine at Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry with Magna Cum Laude honors. Following the completion of her dental degree, Dr. Azim moved to New York City to complete her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital.
Dr. Azim adores working with children and is passionate about providing positive dental experiences to her patients while fostering positive attitudes toward oral health care. She is committed to providing high-quality and comfortable care, and remains up-to-date with current practices in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Azim is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the New Jersey Dental Association. Dr. Azim grew up in Manalapan, NJ and now lives in Philadelphia, PA. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and exploring Philly with friends and family.
Dr. Jack Davies
(Associate, Orthodontist)

Dr. Jack Davies attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated from dental school with multiple honors and received a full scholarship from the United States Navy. He was awarded the Henry B. Robinson Award in Restorative Dentistry and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society.
After earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, Dr. Davies served as a Lieutenant dentist in the United States Navy. He served a one-year tour at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island and a three-year tour at Naval Health Clinic New England, where he assumed the role of Assistant Department Head. During his Naval service, he deployed onboard the USNS Comfort Naval Hospital Ship for a humanitarian medical mission, where he provided dental care to underserved populations in South America and the Caribbean. As a Navy dentist, he was awarded the Humanitarian Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, and Armed Forces Service Medal.
Following his active-duty service, Dr. Davies returned to the University of Pennsylvania for a residency program in orthodontics. He earned a specialty certificate in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.
His passion for orthodontics stems from his desire to help each patient become all they aspire to be. For Dr. Davies, the best part about orthodontics is meeting new people, getting to know them as individuals, and creating beautiful smiles they are proud to wear.
When not in the office, Dr. Davies enjoys traveling, fitness, running along the Schuylkill River trail, playing volleyball, and trying new restaurants in Philadelphia. Most of all, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
