Routine cleanings, exams, and fluoride treatments help children build strong oral health habits from an early age. The Gleam team monitors each child’s growth and development to catch potential concerns before they become larger problems.

When a cavity or dental injury occurs, the team provides gentle fillings, crowns, and other restorative treatments sized and designed specifically for children. Every procedure is explained in kid-friendly language to help ease any worries.

Early orthodontic evaluations allow the doctors to identify bite and alignment issues while a child’s jaw is still developing. Addressing these concerns early can simplify or shorten future orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Davies works with children and teens to correct misaligned teeth and bites using traditional braces or clear aligners. Treatment plans are customized to each patient’s smile goals and stage of development.

For chipped, discolored, or slightly misaligned teeth, Gleam offers cosmetic bonding and resin infiltration to restore a child’s smile using conservative, minimally invasive techniques. Both options are comfortable for young patients and typically completed in a single visit.

For children who feel anxious about dental visits or need more extensive treatment, Gleam offers sedation options to help them stay calm and comfortable throughout the appointment. The team carefully tailors sedation choices to each child’s age, needs, and treatment plan.

Gleam Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics was founded as a dental home exclusively for children, staffed by board-certified pediatric dentists and an orthodontist who train specifically in treating young patients rather than adults. As a family owned and operated practice, Gleam is not bound by corporate ownership structures, allowing the same familiar doctors and team members to see your child at every visit. The office environment is designed around kids, from the decor to the pacing of each appointment, so that dental and orthodontic care feels approachable rather than intimidating.

Gleam is a true multispecialty office, offering both pediatric dental care and orthodontic treatment in the same practice. This allows families to manage their child’s full smile journey, from first tooth to a finished orthodontic case, without being referred elsewhere.

No two children are alike, and the Gleam team tailors every treatment plan to the individual needs, temperament, and developmental stage of each patient. This personalized approach helps make dental visits a positive experience rather than a stressful one.

Parents are welcomed as active partners in their child’s dental care at Gleam. The team takes time to explain findings and treatment options clearly so families can make informed decisions together.

Recognizing that families lead busy lives, Gleam offers same day dentistry for many procedures. This reduces the need for multiple appointments and helps children complete treatment more comfortably.

“Every child deserves a dental visit that feels welcoming, not intimidating. Our goal at Gleam is to earn a child’s trust one appointment at a time.”
